About Kimberly Schutte

Kim embarked on her journey in the real estate industry in 2004, joining a residential home builder's accounting department. However, her true passion for the intricacies of real estate transactions emerged during her tenure while on the team of Production and Finance at a RE/MAX office. It was here that Kim discovered her affinity for the behind-the-scenes of document compliance in the real estate world.

Transitioning to working with the #4 Keller Williams team in the Southeast Region, Kim assumed the role of Operations Manager, where she honed her expertise in streamlining listing and contract processes.

Kim pioneered the Virtual Services department for The Assistant Institute, implementing fail-proof systems to ensure efficiency and organization. This experience laid the groundwork for her entrepreneurial venture, where she founded the Busy Bee Closer to provide comprehensive support to agents and clients alike.

Kim finds immense fulfillment in her role, stating, "I find so much joy in being able to help agents and clients, and keep everything organized for all parties throughout a transaction." Her dedication to impeccable service and unwavering commitment to her clients' success define her professional ethos.

When Kim isn't immersed in her role as a real estate maven, she cherishes quality time with her two children and indulges in the thrill of riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, embracing life's adventures both personally and professionally.
