It has an active HOA with seasonal activities, an amazing pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, sidewalks on both sides, walking trails, a new dog park, and a lake! Located in the trio of top-rated Milton schools of Birmingham Falls Elementary, Northwestern Middle, and Milton High. Amazing location, just two minutes to downtown Milton/Crabapple Market, 6 minutes to downtown Alpharetta, and 10 minutes to Avalon and GA 400. Welcome Home!
